Betty Benson

Betty Stott Bulgrin Benson, age 94, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on August 18, 2017.

Betty retired from the ICWU and enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Bulgrin and Marvin Benson; daughters, Marsha Bulgrin Christy and Deborah Bulgrin Benedict; parents, William and Martha Stott; and her brothers and sister.

Betty is survived by her daughters, Cheryl (Dennis) Gerbetz and Susan (Bill) Henderson; son-in-law, Don Christy; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She will be sadly missed by the ones that were closest to her heart. We love you!

The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on SATURDAY at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Funeral services will follow at 8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at 11:00am on MONDAY at Hillside Cemetery, 1025 Canton Road, Akron. PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY.
