Gary P Barber

Gary P. Barber, age 77, passed away July 27, 2017. He was born on August 10, 1939 in Barberton, Ohio .

Served with the US Army at Ft. Richardson in Alaska. Retired from the Ferro Co. in Shreve, Ohio and previously at Ohio Brass.

Preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Millie; and sister, Iris Wood.

Survived by sons, Paul (Teresa) Barber and Neal Barber; grandchildren, Brock, Augustus, Matthew, Maria and Erik; sister, Phyillis Douglas; and extended family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at 8:00pm on THURSDAY, August 3, 2017 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at Lakewood Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gary’s name to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
