Joseph James Marty

Joseph “Joey” James Marty, struggled with addiction and lost his battle on July 27, 2016. He enjoyed music, worked as an electrician for Ellet Sign Company for 13 years and was also a CDL truck driver.

Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Marty and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Joan; brothers, Ryan and Dwayne; nephews, Jake and Jayden; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends 4-8p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Funeral service will be held at 2:30p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home with Chaplain Don Bolich officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cox-McNulty Funeral Home in his name.
