Paul Eugene Bertschy

Paul E. Bertschy, age 68, passed away January 14, 2017. He was born on March 20, 1948 in Woodsfield, Ohio. Retired from B&W with 34 years of service and was employed with Kohl’s in Wadsworth for 5 years.

Preceded in death by his father, Henry.

Survived by his wife, Leslie “Dee” of 44 years; daughters, Kelly Matriano-Lim (Charles) and Kimberly; mother, Wilda; grandsons, Camden, Daniel, and Corey; brother, Lloyd (Norah); sister-in-law, Karen Frase (Steve); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High Street, Wadsworth. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service, Saturday from 1:00-2:00p.m.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Akron City Hospital for their love and care of Paul.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Summa Akron City Hospital Palliative Care floor.
