Rebecca Starr-Remenyi

Rebecca Starr-Remenyi, age 43, passed away May 10, 2016 after a courageous year long battle with breast cancer.

Preceded in death by her brother, David Starr; she is survived by mother, Donna Starr; step-father, LB Belknap; husband, Chet Remenyi; brother, Dennis Starr; and sister Christina Starr.

The loves of her life were her children, Austin Starr, Sierra Starr, and “Little Bear” Noah Remenyi. She loved watching all of her children race BMX, traveling, movie night, and enjoying the company of many friends and family.

She also leaves behind her father, Ron (Donna) Bogard; sister, Karen Miracle (Josh), brothers, Ronnie Bogard and Jim Bogard (Michelle); grandmas, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews and a wealth of friends.

Rebecca was a member of the Barberton Liedertafel and St. Augustine Church.

The family would like to thank Mandy and Gina from Hospice for their care and support.

The family will receive friends, Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 4-7pm at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222  Norton Aveneue, Barberton, Ohio. Memorial service will take place Monday, May 16, 2016 at 11am with Deacon Robin Adair officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in the name of Donna C. Starr at any First-Merit Bank.
