Robin English

NORTON - Robin Lee English, 75, went home to our Lord and Savior on February 16, 2017.  He was born in Akron, OH on August 12, 1941 to the late Mahlon and Helen English. Robin proudly served in the USARAL, Ft. Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska.  He was retired from Lyons Transportation Lines and Yellow Freight after 30 years of dedicated service. His greatest love was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brothers David and Richard English.  He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Dawn English, daughter Kelly (Charles) Dressler, and son Kevin (Cassandra) English.  Grandchildren Spencer and Sydney English, and Jacob and Jared Greissing. Mother-in-law Mary Bird, sisters-in-law Margie English, Nancy English, Billie (Rod) Hilton, Lea (Dave) Miller and many nieces and nephews. We love you forever Robin, Dad, Papa.

Our special thanks to Ohio Living Hospice, Stark Summit Transport, and Wadsworth Dialysis.  The family will hold a private service at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
