Samuel D Page

Samuel D. Page, age 40, passed away September 20, 2015.  He was born November 3, 1974 in Davenport, Iowa.

Sam never met a stranger.  He was the life of the party and loved to have people around and help them in any way he could.  He loved the Chicago Bears, Rolling Stones, and Johnny Cash.  He enjoyed working with his hands and fixing anything he could.

Preceded in death by mother, Alice Arlene Page.

Survived by his children that he adored, Samuel Lloyd Page and Krystal "Elaine " (Brandon) Dombroski.  Also survived by ex-wife and life-long best friend, CathyJo Page; sister, Kathleen Page; father, Ron (Bonnie) Page; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Melvin and Kathy Snurr; sister-in-law Pamela (Tony) Huffman; first cousin, David Lilly; and many cousins and extended family members.

A memorial service will be Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Wadsworth Nazarene Church, 743 High St., Wadsworth, OH  44281.  Memorials may be made to Haven of Rest.
