Thomas W Johnson

Thomas W. Johnson, 73, of Powellton, WV.  Passed from his earthly body to be with his saviour on November 23, 2015.

Born and raised in WV he was a true lover of his roots in the mountains.  He enjoyed fishing, reading, and watching football.  He had a joyful spirit and loved making others laugh.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.   He is no longer suffering and in his words He is now"finer than a frog hair split three ways".  

Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Bertha Johnson and brother Hubert Johnson.

He is survived by daughters Tia Johnson and Rebecca Muirgheas, Siblings, Sandra Jobes, Linda Daves, Carolyn Frakes, Gary(Mary) Johnson, and Debra(Frank) Bounds.  5 grandchildren,  3 great grand children and a slew of nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral service will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Cox Funeral Home, 1376 High St, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Gary Johnson officiating. Calling hours one hour prior to service. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
