Benny Carnifax Obituary

Benny K. Carnifax, age 64 of Akron, Ohio, passed away November 6, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones.

Preceded in death by his sister, Opal and brother, Paul.

Survived by his son, Ben (Nicole) Carnifax; granddaughters, Mercedes and Savanna; mother, Mazel; father, Bobby; brother, Bobby K. (Colleen); and sister, Bonnie (John) Wilson, along with many other family and friends.

Benny worked for over 35 years at Carter Jones Lumber and was long-suffering and avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians.

Funeral Services will be held, MONDAY, November 12, 2018 at 6:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Pastor Jeremy Klein will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00-6:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery.
