Bernard “Bernie” Paul Burns Sr

March 19th, 1948- December 3rd, 2019

On December 3rd, 2019 at 9:52am, Bernie was taken to his eternal home to his family with opened arms. He is survived by wife Cheryl A Burns of 30 yrs, children: Cheryl L Burns, Debra Burns, Bernard Burns Jr (Cathy), Brandon Burns (Brandy) and Brittany (Michael Kowall Jr), Grandchildren: Taylor, Nicole, Cassidy, Benard III, Aiden, Jamie, Parker, Owen, Gavin, Grayson and 6 great grandchildren along with brothers Hubert Burns, Larry D Burns and Gary Burns; sisters Carolyn Boring and Georgia Burns. He was a man of many talents and ended his career as a metal polisher at Pioneer Tool and Die in the early 2000s. Those who knew Bernie will remember him for his love of cars and fishing. Services will be held on Monday, December 9th, 2019 from 11am to 1pm at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home in Barberton, OH.
