Cecil Polley Obituary

Cecil C. Polley, age 89, passed away March 7, 2018.

Cecil was a longstanding member of a 12-step program, celebrating his 62nd year of sobriety. He retired from the Match Company with 48 years of perfect attendance and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns.

Preceded in death by wife, Mildred, four sisters and a brother.

Survived by sons, Gary (Nancy) and Larry (Allison); 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and very special friend, Ruthie.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High St., Wadsworth. Time of sharing will follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made in his name to Dr. Bob’s Home, 855 Ardmore Ave., Akron, OH 44302.
