Dave Stebner

Dave Stebner, 73, of Wadsworth, passed away suddenly on November 5, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Susan (Benedetti); sister, Linda Sekerak (Al); stepsons, Jim Perry (Nadine), Bob Bell;  stepdaughters, Brenda Bunch (Arnie), Deborah Rave; nieces and nephew, Lisa Bogucki (Jim), Laura Buck (Brian), Joe Sekerak (Anna), Kristina Cowan (Matt), and Carrie Sekerak; and many grandchildren.

Dave was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Stebner (Perry); his parents, Edward and Virginia Stebner (Rackow); sister, Karen Lane; and nephew, Jim McLaughlin.

Dave was a member of Reimer Road Baptist Church, Forest City Yacht Club and former member of North Coast Sailing Singles. He retired from Chrysler in 2006, he loved his job as a millwright, his cars, fishing, and his home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to The Cleveland Clinic Philanthropy Institute, 8937 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Reimer Road Baptist Church, 1055 Reimer Road, Wadsworth, OH from 1 PM - 2PM, service at 2 PM. Pastor Jim Newton will officiate. Interment will take place later at Poe Cemetery in Montville Twp., OH.
