Delber William Keffer

Delbert William Keffer, age 77, passed away August 22, 2017.  He was born January 6, 1940 in Jonben, WV.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a barber for 50 years.

Preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Marie.

Survived by sons, Mark (Ellen) and Matthew (Leslie); wife and caregiver, Maybelle C.; grandson, Miles; sisters, Carol, June, Annette and Cindy; brothers, Charles, Steve, Wayne, Michael and Josef; and 21 nieces and nephews.

Committal service with military honors will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 2:30 PM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH  44273.  Celebration of life will take place at a later date.  Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
