Garlin W. Crites

Garlin W. Crites, age 89, of Wadsworth, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017.  He was born in Sutton, WV on March 8, 1928 to the late Doy and Lula Crites.

Garlin is survived by his brother, Wilbert Crites; sisters, Unamae Griffin and Freda McLaughlin; daughters, Susan Cleary (Henry) and Patty Smead (Brian); three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Garlin was the proprietor of Crites Restaurant in Wadsworth for the last 47 years. He will be missed by his customers and all who knew him. 

Family will receive friends, WEDNESDAY, December 20, 2017 from 12:00-2:00pm and 5:00-8:00pm at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home 1376 High St. Wadsworth, OH. Funeral Service will follow at 8:00pm at the funeral home. Pastor Keith Hejnal will officiate. Burial, with full military honors, will take place, THURSDAY at 11:00am, at the Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, Ohio.
