Kerry Woodliff was born in Wadsworth, Ohio on 5-25-1958. She passed away on 2-21-2019 due to complications from her cancer. She had a hard fight but always was the same woman with a sense of humor that only matched her love, passion, and spirituality.
She is the daughter of the late Harvey and Carolyn Pope and wife to the late Jeffrey Woodliff. Kerry was such a caring and loving woman, she always was willing to help even when times were hard. She was the biggest animal lover you could meet, especially to her two fur babies, Axel and Carmel. She was also the best mother anyone could ask for and she loved with all her heart every day. She will be greatly missed by many friends and family. She leaves behind her only child, Brandon Woodliff, who was her world; her lifelong friends, Sylvia Campbell of Albuquerque, NM and Kim Fields of Akron; along with her brother-in-law, Dave Woodliff.
The family would like to thank ‘The Hornets’ Nest’ 76, especially Jim, Gail, and Alex, for your unmatched kindness and generosity. Atty Greg Manes for contributing your time and expertise. The employees and colleagues of Dr. Petrus and Nurse Kim, along with Akron General critical care.
The celebration of life is planned for Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 4-8 pm at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home in Wadsworth, Ohio. The dress is casual. The family requests you bring your favorite memory or story of Kerry with you.
