Larry Burns

Larry H. Burns, Jr, age 77, passed away Friday, August 4, 2017.
Larry was born in Akron, Ohio, on July 29, 1940.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry H. and Georgia Burns; son, Troy J. Burns; and sisters, Elaine and Candy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Pauline; sons, Robert Fritz, William (Sherry) Fritz, and Tracy Burns; daughters, Angie (Gary) Genetta; Paula (Wayne) Wagner; Kim (John) Bornstine; and Lisa (Richie) Cunningham; brothers, Hubert (Judy); Bernard (Cheryl); Gary (Bonnie); and Larry D. (DeeDee); sisters, Carolyn Boring (Joe) and Georgia (Tom); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
Larry retired from YRC in 2012.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Visiting Nurse Service, Hospice Care.  
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on THURSDAY at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on WEDNESDAY at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron. 
Memorial contributions can be made to the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron, OH  44333.
