Lois Stevenson passed peacefully on April 25th, 2018. She was born Lois Arlene Joy on June 1st, 1934 in Barberton, Ohio where she lived most of her life. Lois was very talented in sewing, crocheting, knitting, and baking. She shared her creative gifts with those she loved. Lois was also an STNA and cared for many others over the years.
Lois will be missed by her husband, Malcolm; her sister Doris Wiley, and nephew and friend, David Joy. Mom will also be missed by her children Frank (Julie) Blumenthaler and their children Alisa, Marielle, and Alex; Kathryn (David) Headrick and their children Jenifer (Brad) Hamilton, Tyler Irby, and Haley Headrick; Karen Pugh and her son Ryan. Grammy will also be missed by her great grandchildren, Zachary and Lucas Hamilton, and Tristan Pugh. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends.
Thank you to Denise Stewart, Summa Hospice, as well as the Area Agency on Aging for all of their devotion and support for many years.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no public service. Condolences may be sent to Malcolm at 570 Grandview Ave, Barberton. She is now at peace.
