Margaret Vargo

Margaret M. Vargo, age 89, passed away March 9, 2018. She was born July 4, 1928 in Barberton, Ohio.

Margaret retired from Ohio Brass with 22 years of service and was a member of St. Augustine Church where she participated in holy hours.  She was also a member of the Senior Center and Band Boosters.

Preceded in death by husband, William; sons, William Jr. and Kenneth; sister, Ann Adlon; and brother, Nick Tindell.

Survived by sons, Joseph S. (Debbie Burns) and James M. (Kathi); brother, John Tindell; and best friend, Judy Kriston.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place, WEDNESDAY, March 14 at 1:00pm at St. Augustine Church, 204 6th St. NW, Barberton, OH  44203. Family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30pm prior to the mass at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave., Barberton. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to St. Augustine Church.
