Patricia Ann Kozak

Patricia Ann Kozak (nee: Ferdinand), age 78, passed away October 7, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Patricia enjoyed dancing to American Bandstand with her sisters and vacations to Myrtle Beach with her family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Helen Ferdinand; brother, Lawrence Ferdinand; and great-granddaughter, Amber Thoma.
Survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Merle; children, Christine (Dennis) McGlumphy; Karen (Wayne) Steiner, Stanley Kozak, Laura Kozak, and Toni McClain (Frank Hair); sisters, Evelyn (Dennis) Horvath, Mary (Daniel) Cowfer; life-long friend and sister-in-law, Linda Lance; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tiffany) Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Jenna Kleibscheidel, Justin Steiner, Cory Steiner, Nikki (Billy) Ingram, Shelly (Aaron) Kozak, Daniela Myers, Micheal Myers, Brandon Thomas, Bradley Kozak, David McClain, and Ashely McClain; great-grandchildren, Liz, Sabella, Steve, Shannon, Brent, Nadia, Brady, Alan, Ava, Alissa, Makayla, Emma, Neona, AJ, and Sierra.
The family will receive friends, THURSDAY, October 11, 2018 from 6:00-8:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Mass of Christian Burial will take place FRIDAY, October 12, 2018 at 2:00pm at St. Augustine Church, 204 6th Street NW, Barberton. Private burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, Ohio.
