On February 28, 2018, Robert Earl Miller, age 91, left his earthly home that he built to go to his eternal home with his Lord Jesus Christ. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Norma Jean Miller (nee: Swesey) who was by his side for 71 years, up to the day of his departure.
Robert was a true follower of Jesus Christ and was faithful to the fellowship of Valley Community Church. He served there as a Sunday School Teacher and Elder. Dad was also the Grand Marshall of the 2016 New Franklin Memorial Day parade. In his leisure time, Bob loved his gardening, his animals, and his John Deere tractor.
Bob leaves us, but has met up with his mother and father, Burt and Ethelyn Miller; his in laws, Vern and Alta Swesey; brother, Frank and his beloved son, Burt “Rusty” Miller.

Tractor Grandpa’s legacy of love will be carried on by his 24 great-grandchildren.
