Sarah J Heilman

Sarah J. Heilman, age 80, passed away May 16, 2018 from congestive heart failure. She was born in Smithville, Ohio on November 26, 1937.

Sarah graduated from Seville High School in 1955. She worked at Wayne County National Bank and Old Phoenix Bank in Seville. She retired from Westfield Insurance Company after 25 years of service. After retiring, Sarah enjoyed traveling with friends and her husband, Charles, and volunteering with hospice, the Seville Historical Society, the Sterling Women’s Prayer Breakfast, Westfield Grandmother’s Club, and the First Baptist Church of Chippewa Lake.

Sarah is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Drake; father, Sheldon “Pappy” Drake; brother, Sheldon Drake Jr.; the love of her life and husband, Charles Heilman; and son, Timothy Heilman.

Sarah is survived by her daughter, Lydia Davis, of Atlanta; brother, James Drake, of Texas; and her sister, Susan Leggett, of Lodi.

The family will receive friends, MONDAY, May 21, from 4:00-8:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High Street, Wadsworth. Funeral Services will be held, TUESDAY at 11:00am at the funeral home with Chaplain Don Bolich officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Seville.
