Would like to send our condolences to the family Vince was my uncle and he taught me alot about my music and for that I will always be grateful..I had the chance to pick with Vince on numerous occasions and Everytime he would teach me more you will be missed uncle vince.on behalf of the Neal Family our hearts go out to the family
