Warren Merkle Sr.

CANAL FULTON-- Warren W. Merkle Sr. was born on August 31, 1936 and died on July 18, 2017. He was an Army Veteran. Everyone knew him and he never met a stranger.

Preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Anne Merkle and two sisters.

He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 26 years, Jean; children, Butch (Dori) and Kimberly Giangiuli; step-children, William (Pamela) Brown, Doris (Al) Volk, Bonnie (Steve) Holl; and Richard (Jenny) Brown; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00p.m. on FRIDAY, July 21, 2017 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton, with Pastor Emlous Lattea officiating. The family will receive friends before the service from 4:00-6:00p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery at a later date.
