Billie Wise Obituary

Billie J. Wise, age 87, passed away December 15, 2020 after a brave battle with Alzheimer's. She was born on April 4, 1933 in Akron, Ohio and resided in the area her whole life. Billie worked as a medical assistant for 35 years to Dr. John McVay. She had a charismatic, outgoing, loveable personality that will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Walter T. Wise; parents, Thomas and Alby Leonard; and brother, Herbert T. Leonard.
Billie is survived by her son, Richard Sr.; grandchildren, Christy Vincent (Heith) and Richard Jr. (Justine); great-granddaughter, Heather Vincent; great-great granddaughters, Harper and Annabelle; and numerous extended family.
Billie will inurned at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with her husband. Due to COVID, private services will be held for the family. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Billie's name to a charity of your choice.
