Brandon Michael Wright, 31, of Akron passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 after a sudden tragic illness. He was born December 20, 1992 in Barberton, and lived his entire life in Akron. He was a 2011 graduate of Barberton High School and was employed by Spectrum.

Brandon was the life of the party, and lived to entertain and make people laugh. He was a Dungeon Master, hosting Dungeons and Dragons games on Discord. He loved the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings sagas, and was a fan of Cleveland sports, especially The Cleveland Browns.

He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Wright Jr; grandfather, Carl Wright Sr; and grandmother, Janet Senyeri. He is survived by his loving mother, Victoria Wright of Fultondale, AL; brother, CJ Wright of Columbus, OH; Nana Becky Wright of Canal Fulton, and his many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends who already miss him terribly.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5:00-5:30 p.m. with services to follow at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave., Barberton, OH.
