Brian went to be with the Lord June 13, 2024, peacefully and unexpectedly at his home in Wadsworth, Ohio. Born in Akron, Ohio July 8, 1967, raised in Stow, studied Civil Engineering at Akron University and earned an RN degree at OSU.

Travelling to explore Europe’s architecture and culture kept him busy. Completing his RN career on the Surgical team at Akron Children’s Hospital, and retiring from the Army National Guard Reserves, Helicopter Crew Chief, gave him time to research his interests and enjoy his Great Pyrenees dogs.

Preceded in death by his father, William (Bill) Coffman. He is survived by his mother, Barbara (Oakley) Coffman of Greensboro, Georgia; brother, Brad (Sarah) Coffman; niece, Madeleine; and nephews: Carson, Jude, and Eli, of Portage, Michigan.

A family-only Celebration of Life Gathering is planned.
