Caroline A. Nolan, 88 years old, passed away on March 20, 2026 in Akron, Ohio.
Caroline was born on May 11, 1937 to Charles and Katarina Contrael in Akron, Ohio. Caroline was married to her husband, Dennis Nolan, in July 1984.
She worked as a beautician for a short time. She cherished her family and friends and also enjoyed spending time working on ceramics, which she shared with everyone. She also loved entertaining and the Holidays.
Caroline is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Katie Contrael; husband, Dennis Nolan; daughter, Christine (Randy) Shultz; brother, Frank (Angie) Contrael; nephew, Brett Schultz; and Henry (her Sheltie).
She is survived by her sons, Darwin (Rhonda) Clapton and Michael Clappe; and Rhonda Nolan; niece, Roseann (John) Coleman; and many other nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Alicia Rodriguez, Randall Schultz and Holly Clappe; and great grandchildren; Her special friend of more than 80 years, Margie and Don Reese; and many other friends; and Carla (her Corgi).
We will all miss our Sweet Caroline (ba, ba, ba)!
