Obituary
Catherine M. Spry, July 28, 1933- April 21, 2022. Mom walked into the loving arms of the Lord on the morning of April 21, 2022. Also waiting there to embrace her were her mom and dad, Jessie & Kennth Pullen; husband, Ward F. Spry; 2 daughters, Mikellyn and Sharon; and grandson, Bobby; alongside several extended family members and friends; a glorious reunion.
She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Ward J. “Jerry” Spry; son at heart, Chris Spry; daughter, Patti Laughman and Lesa Spry- Bieri; 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, and best friend, Dorothy Webb (Reb. Robert Webb Jr.); brothers, Jimmy (Marylou) Pullen and Carl Pullen; and several extended family members and friends.
We all have been greatly blessed to have had Mom for almost 89 years; a very loving and caring, selfless woman, with an amazing heart and soul. We will miss her deeply.
Memorial Services will be held, at 12:00noon on SATURDAY, April 30, 2022 at Victory Chapel, 32 W. Bellisle Drive, Akron. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00-12:00pm at the church.
