Cherrie Lynn (nee Bowlby) Beeman, age 68, passed away on March 17, 2026.
Living in the Kenmore/Akron area most of her life, Cherrie was a longtime member of Kenmore Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed gardening, and true to her name, liked cherry prints and décor.
Cherrie was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Wayne Beeman, and parents, Evelyn Gibson Bowlby and Paul Bowlby.
She is survived by brother, Kenneth (Ginny) Bowlby; nephew, Michael (Rebecca) Bowlby; niece, Melissa (John) Williams; several great nieces and nephews, and many extended family and friends.
Cherrie was so thankful for the many years of love and support from Aunt Elsie Gibson and cousin, Jean Ruble, after Daniel, Mom, and Dad passed away. Also, a big thank you to Cherrie’s dear friends at the Alpeter Building who helped her during her illness.
Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
