Cynthia Redington- Whitesides Obituary

In loving memory of our dear mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunt and best friend, Cynthia Yvonne Redington- Whitesides, who has gained her Heavenly wings.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Whitesides; son, Joedy A. Schutte; and parents, Marion L. and Donovan A. Redington.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing, daughter, Felicia (Robert) Farley of Columbus, son, Robert “Bobby” Schutte of Akron, Ohio; brothers, Neil Bradley Redington and Dale Armon Redington of Cuyahoga Falls; grandmother, Sylvia Vogt; grandchildren, Angela Tavernaris, Justin Tavernaris, Cory Schutte, Robert Schutte Jr., and Ashley Schutte; 2 best friends, G. Marie Askew and Diane Cork of Colorado Springs, CO; and fur babies, Woozie, Gabe and Cash. She will be dearly missed by numerous family and friends.

Cynthia attended Crosby Elementary, Bolik Junior High and graduated from Central High School. After graduation, she attended Gerber School of Cosmetology and was a very well- known and respected beautician in the Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, and Canton areas.

Cynthia will be inurned with her husband, William, on MONDAY, May 10, 2021 at 1:45pm at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, Ohio. Face masks and social distancing are required.
