Danny Wilbur Grubb Obituary
Danny Wilbur Grubb, age 76, went to be with the Lord on March 12th, 2026.
Danny, (AKA SPANKY), was born on July 25th, 1949 in Cleveland, Tennessee. He will be remembered for his joyful and carefree spirit. He loved many activities in his early years like boating, fishing, bowling, and hunting. One of his favorite hobbies was golf. He also enjoyed trying his luck with the lottery and sharing stories with friends and family.
Danny was truly everyone’s biggest fan! Especially with his children and grandchildren! He loved watching sporting events and never wanted to miss anything!!
Spanky was known for his contagious smile, fun-light-hearted humor and of course a joke or two that you may or may not have heard before! No matter what, he was always there for a good time! His kindness, laughter and love will have a lasting impression on everyone he knew. Danny was one of a kind and he will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, James and Bessie; his brothers, James, Clay, and John (Bunzie); his sisters, Annie and Brenda; and his beloved daughter Tracey (Jemall). He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Joyce; his daughter April (Jeff); his grandchildren Nathaniel, Matthew, Dominick, and Taylor; and many friends.
