Helen M (McGrady) Villers

Helen M Villers age 79 went home to be with the Lord on January 17th, 2023.  Born in Barberton Ohio to Richard and Helen (Gombaski) McGrady, she was a lifelong resident of the Norton/Barberton Area. Helen was a LPN and retired from Gaslight Villa Healthcare as the In-Service Director of Nursing. Helen is a member of the 1stEvangelical Lutheran Church of Barberton, where she was very active in the women’s ministry. Helen enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. Helen was predeceased by her husband of 58 yrs. Harold Dwayne Villers, and sister Barb McGrady. She is survived by her children. Rich (Danelle) Villers, Dan (Crystal) Villers, Monica (Chad) Cunningham, Veronica (Tim) Swinehart. Grandchildren: Josh, Caitlin, Morgan, Noah, Wesley, and Corbin. Sisters; Maureen Hoover and Kathy Schreiber. 

A memorial celebration of life for Helen will take place at the Cox-McNulty Funeral home 222 Norton Ave Barberton, Oh 44203, on Tuesday January 24th, 2023 from 3-5 followed by a 5 pm memorial service with Pastor Eric Swanson officiating.
