Helen "Elaine" "MeMe" Cartmel McClure Obituary
Together Again with her Pooh Bear, Helen (Elaine) (MeMe) Cartmel McClure, age 84, born January 5,1937 in McKeesport PA, passed away in her home on November 17,2021. She was the last living child of Bessie Mae (Breegle) and US Grant Holmes.
Elaine was a country woman who loved the Lord and living in the country. She was a retired Nurse from Barberton Citizens Hospital. She loved her family dearly.
Elaine is now reunited with her husband Richard (Dick) McClure (Pooh bear), daughter Diana L. Nelson, and 2 grandchildren Christina M. Greenawald and Joseph G. Cartmel.
She is survived by her son Ted E. Cartmel, her loving (caregiver) granddaughter Kerry Nelson with her till the end, grandsons, Micheal A. Fernwalt, John and Daniel Greenawald, and Eric and Teddy Cartmel. 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild. Special Thank You to Hospice... You guys were awesome.
