James “Bo” Oliff Henderson, born April 12, 1963, passed away surrounded by his family at the age of 60 on February 1, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Verlene; sister, Debbie; and nephew, Bryan.

He is survived by his father, Clifford Henderson; his three sons, Jimmy Jay, Billy, and Michael; fourteen loving grandchildren; siblings, Clifford Jr. (Buzzy), Bill (Sue), Dave Vaughn, Val (Doug), Tracy (Edgar), Lisa (Bruce), and Jackie; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles, and one special nephew, Butthead and little Tada.

The family would like to send out extended gratitude to Bo’s childhood friend, Edgar Rorrer, for sharing his love for the outdoors, music, 3pk Bud Ice, and sharing stories of life.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave, Barberton. Cremation has already taken place.
