Janice Colene Hardman went peacefully Home to be with her Lord on Thursday 12/23/21 Born 7/23/31 in Rosedale WV to Caylord Moore and Virgie Sands Moore. She was a resident of Barberton and faithful member of the Barberton Church of Christ for more than 65 years. Colene, as her friends and family knew her, was a devoted mother, wife and homemaker. Her simple upbringing gave her the joy of gardening, canning, sewing and crocheting. She also worked at Kresge’s in Norton and Cook Motor Lines in Akron for many years. Colene was kind, generous, funny, frugal and optimistic. Her faith gave her a beautiful outlook on life and her smile made everyone around her feel good. She smiled up to the very end. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Blair Bryan Hardman and baby son Blair Craig Hardman, her parents, brother, sisters, brothers in law and sister in law. She is survived by her children, John (Sandy) Hardman, Lorrie (Roger) Graham , Jeanette (Rick) Hall, Grandchildren, Christian (Sandra) Hardman, Andy (Heather) Hardman, Brian (Michele) Graham, Tracy (Jon) Billet, Michael (Jill) Hall, Stephanie (Dan) DuBois, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Bernice Wolf, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; and best friend Velma Hall. A private family service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave., Barberton, OH 44203. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron.
