John Sims Obituary
John Sims, age 79, was born August 17, 1946, in Akron, Ohio and passed away November 1, 2025. He worked for 30 years at Reiter Dairy and was a member of the Ohio Sportsmen’s Farmers League. John was also an avid hunter.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Chesley and Virginia Sims. John is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Barbara Sims; his sons: Mark (Tracy) Sims and Drew (Dana) Sims; his daughter, Kristin (Justin) Adams; his grandchildren: Randi, Hannah, Maddie and Jake; and his brothers: Robert, Bart and Matthew Sims.
No services will be held at this time. Burial will take place at the family cemetery in Kentucky.
