Joseph J. "Joe" Hixenbaugh, age 64, passed away November 20, 2020. Joe worked construction and was a helpful and giving person. He was always lending a hand to neighbors and friends. Survived by his children, Mandy (Scott), Sarah Cusick, Kristofferson Cusick, and Sheena Hixenbaugh; 7 grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. Private family services will take place.
