Madelyn Miller Obituary

"TOGETHER AGAIN"-- Madelyn Miller, age 91, passed away October 8, 2019. She was born on April 15, 1928 in Robins, Ohio to the late Andrew Bear and Anna Hidock. Madelyn resided in Barberton since 1947 and was as member of First Lutheran Church, Woman’s Group. She enjoyed sewing for the Giving Doll Project, word seek puzzles, reading, and trips to Southern Ohio.

Preceded in death by her husband, Jack; sisters, Marian Jones and Virginia Tipple; brother, Ronald Bear; and daughter-in-law, Connie Miller.

Survived by her children, Gene (Joann) Miller of Wadsworth, Linda (Virgil) Kill of Ashland, and Ronald (Heather) of Florida; brother, Richard Bear of Parma; sister-in-law, Elaine Bear; grandchildren, Jason (Sandy) Miller, Sasha (Terry) Berlin, Jody Price, Cody Price, Jeremiah (Jordan) Price, and Kimberly Miller; great-grandchildren, Ava and Gatlin Miller, Jeremy, Hannah, Paige and Lucas Berlin, Nathan, Rogan and Rhynn Price;  many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held, at 11:00am on MONDAY, October 14, 2019 at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Chaplain Don Bolich will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron.

Memorial Donations may be made in Madelyn’s name to The Giving Doll, P.O. Box 972, Wadsworth, OH 44282.
