Marybell "Mary" Hartman

Marybell (Mary) Hartman, 79, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2018.

She will join her husband, George, her parents (Harold & Esther); her sisters: Louise, Barb, & Bonnie an her cat "Lucky" in Heaven.

Mary was born and raised in Kenmore. She moved to Barberton and raised her 3 children: Joani Johnson, Sheri (John) Clemence, and Lance Hartman. She married her husband along with his 3 children: Doug (Julie) Hartman, Linda (Jim) Lanham, Marilyn (Rex) Rollyson. Grandchildren Kristyn, Joshua, Christian, Shelby, Michael, Tim, Theresa, Doug, Jonathon, Toni, Amber, and Joe, and numerous great grandchildren and her brother Johnny (Myra) Johnson.

Mary was a member of Grace Baptist Church where she participated in the Widows Mite Ministry and the Grace Kitchen Angels. She loved going to the CYO Adult Day Services in Akron. She loved to cook, paint and loved her church family. Mary was an example of God’s Grace through her daily life and interactions with others. There was never a meal prepared in her home that could not be stretched to welcome others in. She gave freely of herself and always had a beautiful smile or hug.

Calling hours are on Wednesday, April 18th at Grace Baptist Church, 704 N. Firestone Blvd. Akron, from 10-11am with Memorial Services and dinner immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CYO Adult Day Services.
