Mckenzie L Reese

Mckenzie L. Reese, passed away on November 9, 2018. Born on April 8, 1995 in Akron, OH. Mckenzie attended Norton City Schools for most of his childhood and moved to Orrville where he graduated from Orrville High School in 2013.  Known by many of his friends as “Kenzie”, he had a joy for life that made him loved by all who knew him.  His laughing, singing and dancing could cheer up any room. His life was short, but the love and kindness he had with his family and friends, especially his mother, will never be forgotten.  If you knew Kenzie you recognized him by his Jordan’s (don’t dare step on them), his nice clothes and his perfect white teeth. He touched so many lives, and was loved by all and will be waiting to see all of his parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends in Heaven.

Survived by his parents, Bobbie and Shane Stutler of Doylestown, Maurice Thomas of Akron; grandparents, Glenda Reese and Keith Wentz of Lisbon, Harold Reese of Salem, Dennis and Sue Stutler of Norton, Rhubie Thomas-Donnie of Akron;  siblings, Brenden Reese and Zoey Jordan of Savannah GA, Emily Stutler of Doylestown , Maurissa Thomas, Maurice Thomas Jr, Melena Thomas, Rhubie Thomas, Taylor Thomas, Maija Thomas, Melesa Thomas, Miles Thomas, Jaden Thomas, Skye Thomas all of Akron; aunt Paula and uncle Randy Bates of Lisbon, aunt Misty Hendricks of Norton; cousins, Tyler and Allison Bardo of Lisbon, Casey Bardo of Salem and Ethan Hendricks of Norton;  and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held, FRIDAY, November 16 from 5-8 P.M. at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton. Funeral services will be held, SATURDAY, November 17 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
