Oral is survived by his wife of 56 years, Theresa Arthur; sons, Timothy (Megan) Arthur, Tony (Shawna) Arthur, and Michael (Melanie) Arthur; grandchildren, Alex Arthur, Justice Berkenstock, Tim (Kate) Keller, Vanessa Miller, Jessica Arthur, Sierra Arthur, and Tony Arthur Jr; great-grandchild, Ava Keller; sister-in-law, Sandy Lucas; and extended family and friends.
