Randall "Randy" Ray Johnson

Randall "Randy" Ray Johnson, age 67, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on March 30, 2021.
Randy was born in Barberton, Ohio to the late Kenneth Lewis and Mary Violet Johnson. He was a lifetime resident of Akron and was employed by Babcock & Wilcox (BWXT) from 1972 until his retirement in April of 2019. Randy was a member of Maranatha Bible Church and loved playing his guitar for Jesus.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Melissa Rae Johnson; sister, Judith Kay Echard; and brother, Dennis Edward Johnson.
Randy is survived by his wife of 43 years, Norma; daughter, Jessica (Rob) Osburn; son, Jason; grandchildren, Cassidy (Alex) Caldarera, Skylar Osburn, Robert Osburn III and Ava Osburn; great-grandchildren, Graysyn Osburn Hutchins and Ashtyn Caldarera; many nephews, nieces, great- nephews and nieces and friends.
Funeral Services will be held, Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 1:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Avenue, Barberton with Pastor Brent Richards officiating. The family will receive friends, MONDAY, April 5, 2021 from 5:00-7:30pm and Tuesday, prior to the service, from 12:00-1:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, Ohio.
