Rebecca E. Unrue

Rebecca E. Unrue went to be with the Lord on May 10, 2021. She was born January 12, 1963 in Akron, Ohio and attended the Victory Chapel. Rebecca is at peace in heaven dancing with her husband, Glen Unrue, January,1944 -January, 2005. Rebecca enjoyed crocheting baby blankets for her grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Sheldon Scritchfield and James Crooks.  

Rebecca is survived by her children, Robert Scritchfield of Colorado, Samantha Unrue of Akron, Nicole Unrue of Akron, Ashley Unrue of Akron, Thomas Unrue of Akron, and Jessica Scritchfield of Akron; mother, Vera Crooks of Akron; brother, Gene (Joyce) Scritchfield; sister, Martha (David) Wymer; many nieces, nephews, and her best friends, Charlotte and Robby Dugger.  

Memorial service will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Victory Chapel, 32 W Bellisle Dr, Akron, OH  44319 with Pastor Bobby Webb officiating. Visitation will be from 2-3 pm prior to the service at the church.  Memorials may be made to the church.
