Richard “Rick” A. Cremeans, 64, of Seville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 19, 2021. He was born May 31, 1957, in Garfield Heights, Ohio to Eleanor (nee: Adams) Cremeans and the late Bill E. Cremeans.
Rick was raised in Brunswick, Ohio and graduated from Brunswick High School in 1975. Following graduation, he attended and obtained a degree from Heidelberg University. He was employed by Atlantic Tool & Die in Seville.
Left to cherish Rick’s memory are his loving wife of 35 years, Nancy (nee: Kisilewicz); his children, Justin (Heidi), Matthew (Kirstie) and Megan (Rob Binnie-fiancé); and grandchildren, Ezra, Peyton, Adelaide (Addie), Marek, Zoey, and Lincoln. He will be greatly missed by his brothers Michael (Jeannie) and Gary (Jeanne) and sister, Kim (Scott) Tuchek.
Simply stated, Rick adored his entire family. His accomplishment was providing them with all the love, support and guidance he could offer. He was generous, strong and wanted nothing more than to make the lives of those he cared for better. Whether it was offering advice or lending a hand (or his truck), he could always be counted and relied upon. He was the ultimate “go to” guy. Rick was especially fond of classic rock music and loved sharing his knowledge of such. He enjoyed watching and playing golf and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins (much to his children’s bewilderment!).
“There will be no dirty or unwaxed car’s in heaven….Rick will make sure of that!”
The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, October 1, 2021 at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High St., Wadsworth, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm, prior to the visitation, at the funeral home with Father Ed Suszynski officiating.
