Roberta Ann Ray died at Select Specialty Hospital on August 23, 2024 in Akron, Ohio at the age of 81.

Roberta is survived by her Sister, Ramona of Wadsworth, Ohio and Daughters, Diana of Wadsworth, Ohio and Rhonda of Newton Falls, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her Son, Travis of Newton Falls, Ohio and Parents, Maurice & Catherine Medley of Wadsworth, Ohio.

Roberta was born on June 5, 1943 in Wadsworth, Ohio to Catherine & Maurice Medley. She graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1961.

Roberta is remembered by her daughters as a kind and supportive mother. Roberta in her younger years loved to tend her flower beds, research family genealogy, and visit with family. She also loved to listen to Country Music.

Funeral services for Roberta will take place on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home in Wadsworth, Ohio with visitation prior from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Sarah West will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Roberta's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Roberta's name to Cox-McNulty Funeral Home to help cover funeral costs.
