Rosemary George

Rosemary George, age 94, passed away November 21, 2021. She was born in Barberton, Ohio to the late Grover & Theresa Getz and was a graduate of Barberton High School. Rosemary was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Norton.

Preceded in death by her husband, Jim; parents; and 11 siblings.

She is survived by her children, Richard (Kathleen) and Catherine; granddaughters, Rachael and Megan (Neal) Snyder; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

 A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 4022 Johnson Road, Norton. Inurnment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville. Face masks requested for all those in attendance.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
