Ruth Gissinger passed away on April 1, 2023, due to health complications.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earilous John Yoak and Joann Lockhart; brothers, Rick and John Yoak; and her husband of 30 years, Anthony C. Gissinger.
She is survived by her sons Jason W. Prekopa and Anthony C. Gissinger II; several nieces and nephews; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
There will be a graveside memorial at Greenlawn Cemetery (2580 Romig Rd, Akron) on Thursday April 6, 2023, at 1:00 pm. All who wish to come are welcome.
