Sandra Ann Davisson, 74, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Monday, December 8, 2025. Sandra was born on May 29, 1951, in Barberton, Ohio. She lived a life defined by strength, selflessness, and a fierce devotion to the people she loved.

Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eugene Davisson; her mother, Edna Slota; her father, Paul Velka; her stepfather, John Slota; and her siblings, Linda Waggoner and David Velka.

She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Foster; her sons, Robert (Angela) Davisson and Kevin Davisson; her daughter, Laura Davisson; her grandchildren, Lyndsey, Eric, Kimberly, Nicholle, Kody, Kassidi, Krystal, Katelyn, and Asher; and her great-grandchildren, Leah and Hayden, with one more on the way.

A devoted mother, Sandra poured her heart into raising her three children. Her love and dedication extended even further as she stood by her daughter’s side and helped raise her three grandchildren. Her steady presence, protective nature, and unconditional love shaped their lives in lasting ways.

Sandra was known for being fun, strong, fiercely protective, and endlessly dedicated to her family. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and unwavering support.

Her legacy lives on in the resilience she taught, the love she gave, and the memories her family will cherish forever.

Family will accept friends Friday, December 19, 2025 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home in Barberton, Ohio, with a service to follow. Sandra will be laid to rest privately at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, Ohio.
