Sandra Lou Litvinchyk (Tenney), beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2025. Sandy was born on August 23rd to the late Clyde and Virginia Tenney.
Sandy was a strong, kind, and nurturing soul who gave her all to the ones she loved. She worked at Diversified Air for nearly 20 years before retiring to dedicate her time and love to her family, including many years of caring for her mother.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, and her love for them was felt in countless ways—through her laughter, her wisdom, and her calming presence. Sandy was also deeply devoted to her church. A faithful member of the Apostolic Church of Barberton, she loved the Lord and her church family and found great joy and strength in worship and fellowship.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Peter Litvinchyk; her daughters Stephanie Frey (Matthew), Jessica Litvinchyk (David), and Lauren Brown (Eric); and her cherished grandchildren Mikayla, Rylee, Mallory, Ellison, Mia, and Evelynn. She is also survived by her brothers, Paul Tenney (Rosemary) of Georgia, David Tenney (Linda), and Fredrick Tenney Jr. (Margaret), and many nieces and nephews.
Her laughter, her unwavering faith, and the love she poured into others will forever remain with those who knew her. Sandy will be greatly missed, and her legacy will live on through her family and the many lives she touched.
Calling hours will be held from 5–6 p.m., followed by a memorial service at the Apostolic Church of Barberton, Turkeyfoot Rd on September 18th. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cox-McNulty Funeral Home.
