Thomas “Tom” James Seeman, age 81, of Wadsworth, Ohio, left us, surrounded by friends and family on September 25, 2024. He was born October 12, 1942, in Akron, Ohio to Susan T. (Pero) and Walter T. Seeman. Tom was in the 4th Graduating Class of Archbishop of Hoban High School, was Salutatorian of his class and graduated in 1964 with a bachelor’s degree from Case Institute of Technology. On June 20, 1964, Thomas married the love of his life, Gwendolyn Ann Seeman. Over his lifetime, Tom worked as a project manager in Chemical/Plastic plants, coached baseball for 15 years and coached CYO basketball for boys and girls for 12 years. He lived in Wadsworth, Ohio and was a member of the Sacred Heart Church since 1965.

Thomas was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn; sister, Mary Ann (Seeman) and Jim Niederhuber; children and grandchildren: Lisa (Seeman) and Mike Norstrom; Jonathan Norstrom and Steven Norstrom; Christopher and Mary Ann Seeman; CJ and Jennifer Seeman; Brendan Seeman and Julia Seeman; Craig and Janet Seeman; Coletta and Alex Pirc; Eric Seeman and Natalie Seeman; Lynne Bailey (Seeman); Leasha Bailey and Kendall Bailey; Kevin and Kara Seeman; TJ Seeman; Kirk and Lynn Seeman; Alexandra Seeman, Lauren Seeman and Lillian Seeman.

Calling Hours will be held at 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Cox – McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High Street, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281. Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 260 Broad Street, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281, immediately followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, 100 East Waterloo Road, Akron, Ohio 44319.
